Pre-Purchase Inspection

The most common type of inspection we perform for home buyers is the ASHI Whole House Pre-purchase Inspection which will evaluate the entire property from rooftop to foundation (and everything in between) as per the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. This inspection will better educate you on the workings of your new home to help you make a more informed buying decision. Whole house inspections typically take 3 or more hours to complete with additional time allotted for a walk-thru with you the Client. We strongly encourage you to make time to attend this informative walk-thru as we will show you all areas of concerns first hand to help you better understand the Report when presented to you. When working with a Real Estate agent we encourage your agent to attend as well. This inspection will evaluate the following:

• HEATING & COOLING

• PLUMBING

• ELECTRICAL

• KITCHENS & APPLIANCES

• POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARDS & MAINTENANCE TIPS

Other Inspections:

• Partial Inspections such as Foundation, Roofing, and Mechanical, Etc.

• 1-Year Builder Warranties on New Construction.

• New Construction (Final or Phase Inspections).

• Pre-Listing Inspections for Sellers.

• Follow-up and Re-Inspections (after repairs are completed).

• Radon Testing (on request).
